Customer Update - COVID-19
UPDATE - 25.03.20
To our valued customers and clients,
After further announcements from the UK government we have made the difficult decision to reduce our range of services temporarily.
The current guidance is changing almost daily and as a business we have to put the well-being of our staff and customers at the forefront of our decisions, by minimising the risk as much as is possible. Your safety will always come first.
Although we are reducing our day to day services, please note that the team will still be on hand to respond to your emergency call-outs, should one arise.
We hope that you can appreciate that this decision was not taken lightly, with the current COVID-19 outbreak disrupting everyday life as we know it, we want to ensure that we are doing the very upmost to protect our staff and our customers.
Thank you for all of your support to date, stay safe - and we will look forward to being back up and running as soon as we deem it safe to do so.
Best wishes, The McInnes Group Team

To our customers – past, present and future.
We want to take this opportunity to reach out to you and reassure you during these unprecedented and unnerving times. At the moment, McInnes Group are still continuing to provide all of our current services - including renewable solutions, plumbing and heating.
We would like to ensure all of our customers that we are following Government and NHS Highland guidelines carefully. We have extended our already strict hygiene protocols and procedures to protect the health and well-being of not just our customers, but our amazing team too.
For those of you requiring heating, plumbing or renewable services, please continue to contact us in the usual way; by calling 01463 231423 or emailing a member of the team on firstname.lastname@example.org. From here, we will arrange a telephone appointment with you to discuss your requirements.
We may need to ask you a couple of questions regarding your health and recent travel to ensure we maintain a safe environment for both you, our customers, and our staff. In the instance you become unwell, or show any COVID-19 symptoms, we may be unable to visit – but we will do our best to assist you in every way we can.
Our team will arrange a suitable day and time to visit your property to carry out the tasks at hand. To stay in line with government guidelines, we ask that social distancing measures are implemented during our visit.
We have always provided a personalised service at gold star standard, and we hope to continue to do so throughout these times. Rest assured you are in good hands with our professional, experienced, and dedicated team.
With best wishes, McInnes Group
